Open a piece of content in the Content Library or its preview page and click Schedule for Later. Choose a future date and time (admins can also pick a teammate to post as), then confirm. The post shows up on the Calendar instantly.
Grid view shows a monthly calendar with colored dots for each day's posts, and clicking a day opens the full list for that date. List view lays out every post chronologically, which is handy for scanning across months or reviewing failed and canceled posts.
Yes. Any pending or failed post can be edited from the Calendar. Click the edit icon to open Edit & Reschedule, update the text or the date and time, then save. Editing a failed post resets it to pending so Shimmer retries publishing it.
The post card shows a red Failed badge with the error, and a banner appears at the top of the Calendar so it's easy to spot. The post owner or an admin can then reschedule it to try again.
Members can view, edit, and cancel their own pending posts. Admins see every post across the organization and can create, edit, or cancel on behalf of any opted-in team member.
