Calendar Grid shows a monthly view with colored dots for scheduled posts, click a day to all activity for that day. List View shows every post chronologically, which is easier for scanning across months or reviewing failed and canceled posts. Switch between the two with the toggle in the calendar header.
Scheduled posts are created from the Content Library, not the calendar itself. Open a content card, click Schedule for Later, pick a future date and time, and confirm. Admins can also choose Post As to schedule on behalf of an opted-in team member. The post shows up on the calendar instantly.
Yes. Pending and failed posts can be edited directly from the calendar. Click the edit icon on a post card to open Edit & Reschedule, adjust the text, the date, or both, and save.
A failed post gets a red Failed badge with the error message, and a banner appears at the top of the calendar flagging the failure. The post owner or an admin can edit and reschedule it, which resets its status to pending so Shimmer's scheduler retries publishing it.
Members can view, edit, and cancel their own pending or failed posts. Admins can view every post in the organization and edit or cancel any pending post.
